During your first visit, the audiologist will inquire about your relevant health history, inspect your ears, and complete a diagnostic hearing test. The hearing test typically takes about 45 minutes to complete.
The results will be reviewed and your questions will be addressed prior to you leaving the office.
When you come for your first visit, please remember to bring the following:
Driver’s License or a Valid ID
Referral Letter (if required)
Copies of previous hearing tests
Reports, x-rays, MRI’s, CT scans, and other relevant information
List of medications and medical history.
To Cancel An Appointment
Telephone the office during business hours. Please cancel at least 1 day ahead so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.
